OUR PURPOSE

The purpose of the Birkie Web page is to provide year around excitement for the enjoyment of The American Birkebeiner Ski Race held in Northern Wisconsin each February. Our initial purpose was to provide a communication method for the three of us to share training tips throughout the year. With the advent of this World Wide Web page, we invite all Birkie skiers to contribute to our efforts. Finally, this Web page is not intended to substitute for the information that is provided on the official American Birkebeiner Web Page.  See link on Site Contents to the left.
